Team and Staff Headshots

  • We provide on-site headshot sessions at your place of business, as well as outdoor locations with no minimum purchase.

  • For studio sessions, we require a minimum purchase of $1,000 in services.

  • Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 business days for individual headshots and 1–3 weeks for larger groups.

  • Same-day delivery is available for individual headshots upon request for an additional $50 fee.

Prospective clients appreciate getting to know the individuals they will be collaborating with. Whether your team consists of five or five hundred members, we possess the expertise and tools to provide high-quality headshots that will be well-received by everyone.

Team headshot sessions can take place on-location at your office or another location of your choice. For teams working remotely, new hires, or small teams, our studio is available for sessions.

Team sessions are billed per-person with the price per-person going down in tiers. Teams of 4-9 people at $149, while teams of 10-19 billed at $129 each and so on. Each session includes one professionally edited, high-resolution image per team member.

Retouching $18/image

Depending on your needs, you may want to provide a retouched image for each person we photograph. This includes removing stray hairs, reducing facial shine, removing blemishes, and lightening dark circles under eyes.

  1. Scheduling & Setup
    Once we agree on a time and date and the contract is signed, we’ll arrive at the chosen location and set up for your headshot session.

  2. Photo Session
    The session begins! Each employee will have their turn in front of the camera. At the end of their session, they’ll have the opportunity to choose their top 3–5 images for editing.

  3. Editing & Selection
    After the session, we carefully cull and lightly edit the selected images. Once editing is complete, we’ll send out a gallery for your team to choose their final headshot. Additional images will be available for purchase.

  4. Final Delivery
    You now have fresh, professional headshots to elevate your company’s image!
